
Willie Mambwe

Mr Willie Mambwe is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and supply with extensive linkages and experience in maritime, port and inter-modular logistics with an emphasis in the sourcing of maintenance parts and managing of supply chains. He has vast leads in the United Kingdom’s International Trade Investments, brokerage of business between Europe and the Southern African Subcontinent.
Additionally, Mr Mambwe has worked within the horticultural trade industry while a member of the Economic Association of Zambia. He brings to MSCL a depth of knowledge in the industry whilst also doubling up as our inhouse Finance Investment and Banking nerve centre as Chairman of the Board.

Natalie Mufalo
Chief Executive Officer
Ms Natalie Mufalo is a mobilization specialist with a keen interest in project liaison management between communities and enterprises with an emphasis on the promotion of women’s involvement in downstream economic activity especially in mining and its related industries. The founder of GLOW Zambia she has extensive knowledge in symbiotic resource utilization in ensuring that the utilization of natural resources does not in any way bring either environmental or socio-economic harm to host communities.
In addition, Natalie has exposure to the areas of Mine and Quarry Management, Environmental Health, Safety and Community relation as well as market analysis and investment promotion in the mineral developmental sector. She will utilise her administrative intellect to lead Metron South Corporation Ltd as Chief Executive Officer.

Moffat Mukwala
Director, Mining Operations, New Mine Acquisitions and Environment
Mr Moffat Mukwala brings 25 years of emerald mining knowledge to MSCL. As one of the founders of Gerntina Mines incorporated in Minnesota, his reach research and industry wide respect is best described as unequalled.
In addition to setting up Gerntina he has also worked for Zambian conglomerates such as Zambia Breweries and Niec Stores. His mission with MSCL is to tap into the growing Green Energy, Green Economy, and clean energy opportunity currently present globally.

Refresh Chapula
Director, H.R, Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Mr Refresh Chapula has over 10 years’ experience serving as the sales coordinator of one of Zambia’s biggest manufacturers. An accountant by training he is involved with Metron South Corporation where he will be steering the HR, Logistics and Supply chain management aspects of the company. His overall belief is that MSCL synergies need to be harnessed for maximum profitability hence his interest in assisting with Human Resources combined with providing us with a firm platform in Logistics and Supply chain management.
